Abhinav Agarwal, founder of the Frugal Company, an innovation agency specialising in frugal innovation, holds several roles as product owner, entrepreneur and trainer. He supports companies and local authorities in their innovation approaches and strategies, using effectuation methods to enhance human capital and innovate through constraints, in order to create more sustainable and efficient products, services and business models. It also plays an active role in developing economic and cultural links between India and France.

Dr Marie AIT DAOUD, Group Green IT Manager, VINCI began her work on digital responsibility in 2008. She has published a number of research articles and supported organisations in implementing Green IT initiatives.
Since July 2022, she has been leading the VINCI Group’s responsible digital programme, which has both environmental and social ambitions to make our use of digital technology more responsible.

Graduated with a master’s degree in Strategy & Management from the IAE of Lyon, Thierry Alvergnat has more than 25 years of experience in the transformation of business activities, particularly in the digital field. He has held several management positions within SMEs, start-ups and institutions in Lyon. In 2021, he joined Pulsalys, a pioneering Deep Tech incubator in France, where he co-founded and led the development of the “eYssor” program for nearly 2 years, with the aim of democratizing Deep Tech. Since April 2023, Thierry Alvergnat has supported, with acuYtiv, start-ups, SMEs and institutions.

Roland Atoui, CEO of Red Alert Labs, is a cybersecurity expert with over 15 years’ experience and a passion for new technologies and the IoT. An expert at ENISA and French representative at ESO and ISO, he has contributed to the development of IoT certification standards and cybersecurity regulations such as FIDO/FDO, Eurosmart, IoTSF, EUCC, ioXtAlliance, EN 303 645, EN 18031, ISO 27402, CRA, CSA and the RED-DA. Ranked among the top 100 IoT influencers worldwide by IoTOne.

Emmanuel Baccelli, Inria Research Director, in charge of the RIOT-fp project. Emmanuel Baccelli’s research lies at the crossroads of fields including distributed algorithms for spontaneous wireless network protocols, resource-constrained embedded software for the Internet of Things, and cybersecurity. After working at AT&T Labs in Florham Park, New Jersey, USA, and then for Metro Optix Inc. in Silicon Valley as a software engineer until 2002, Emmanuel Baccelli joined Hitachi Europe as a research engineer, and obtained his PhD from Ecole Polytechnique in 2006, followed by his habilitation from Université Pierre et Marie Curie in 2012. Since 2019, he has been a part-time professor at Freie Universität Berlin. Since 2013, Emmanuel Baccelli has also been co-founder and coordinator of the open-source community developing the RIOT operating system.

A double graduate with a DEA in Mathematics and a Specialised Masters in Marketing Management from ESSSEC, Angélique began her career in a digital agency working on digital, data and CRM projects in the travel and consumer goods sectors as a CRM & Data consultant. In 2011, she joined voyages-sncf.com to build the customer data strategy and develop customer knowledge and AI. She then extended her remit to cover all cross-functional data issues for the SNCF connect & Tech group. Today, she is Chief Data & Performance Officer, responsible for driving performance and data within the SNCF connect & Tech group.

An INSA Lyon engineer (1988) with a doctorate in applied computer science and automatic control (1990), Frédérique BIENNIER is a Professor in the Computer Science Department at INSA Lyon. She is head of the Service Oriented Computing team in the LIRIS laboratory. Her teaching and research activities focus on distributed systems, service-based systems, IoT and blockchain, with particular emphasis on security issues. She has participated in and/or coordinated several regional, national and international projects on these subjects.

Grégory BUCHHEIT is an Arts et Métiers engineer. Since 2020, he has been working as a referent for the Industry of the Future at CMS Automatisme, a family-run SME with strong expertise in the integration of innovative solutions for special machines in industry. After more than 15 years’ experience in higher education and research, where he contributed to research work, and provided consultancy, expertise and training in specialisms such as automation and dependability, he now heads up the Innovation and Development department, responsible in particular for technology watch around Industry 4.0, to support the company and its customers in the transition to the Factory of the Future.

CISO/RSSI of Erium, active member of CESIN where he co-leads a working group on cyber watch and incidents, member of the board of FIRST. org, member of the informal expert group of ENISA (European Cyber Security Agency), professor at EGE (Ecole de Guerre Économique), SIM3 auditor and trainer on the maturity and effectiveness of CSIRTs/CERTs, former ANSSI security expert, Olivier has over 30 years’ experience in cybersecurity and is an expert in many areas of cybersecurity, including CSIRT/CERTs, SOCs, incident handling, risk management, cloud and IoT security.

Very quickly driven by the values of fairness, rigor, perseverance and solidarity, Maëlle CARPENTIER quickly distinguished herself in sport, first football then athletics before tasting table tennis and judo.

As a child, she dreamed of equaling Marie-Josée Pérec, then as a teenager she wanted to run after the bad guys, aspiring to join the National Police. Her deeply held values then led her to undergo military preparation within the French Navy and then to exercise solidarity by working in human resources where the areas of recruitment and training fulfilled her.

In 2017, she also participated in the Sénégazelle des Iles race where for 5 days, with a group of around forty other young women, she ran around ten kilometers daily and distributed educational materials, previously collected in France from schools and businesses. Maëlle, dynamic and adventurous, passed her motorcycle license before joining Social Security where she stayed for 5 years as a Collections Inspector.

His latest challenge is none other than a retraining in the field of cybersecurity, where his rigor and curiosity should be expressed. Indeed, it has chosen to move towards offensive security and offers its services as a pentester, understand “putting yourself in the shoes of the malicious hacker” and attacking [on your authorization] your information system, with the aim of to highlight flaws, so that you can correct them before a cyberattack puts your business to the test.

Stanislas Chesnais, 57, is a serial entrepreneur, notably former founder and CEO of Netsize, specializing in mobile payment, with which he experienced hypergrowth. He co-founded Xpdeep with his partner Ahlame Douzal. The startup, resulting from 5 years of R&D led by Ahlame at Grenoble Alpes University, offers the world’s first self-explainable deep learning engine, which simultaneously generates the deep model and its complete, precise and intelligible explanations, without any compromise on performance.

To support local authorities in their environmental and digital transformation, Wize Alliance is offering a network communication protocol dedicated to industrial IoT. SUEZ Smart Solutions, a member of the Wize Alliance, deploys data collection solutions (smart meters, sensors, probes) to feed digital models and real-time applications in order to move towards a rational use of resources. The company offers its expertise in data collection and processing, and in the design of innovative digital applications to enhance the environmental performance of towns and cities and their users. Ronan Chrétien, the spokesman for this round-table discussion, has held a number of positions within SUEZ on both the technical and product sides. After working as a remote meter reading project manager in the innovation and new business lines department, he went on to become market manager for France at Ondeo Systems. For the last 8 years, he has been pre-sales manager at SUEZ Smart Solutions and in charge of developing Wize Alliance.

An engineer by training, I have been working in IoT for 10 years within various key players in the field: manufacturers of gateways (Kerlink), products (Adeunis), consulting (Kurrant, independent) and integrators (Wi6labs, Unabiz).
I have held several types of positions but always close to customers and associated use cases. Today I am responsible for a team of consultants at Unabiz, a global IoT service provider and specialized integrator, in order to find the best response to my clients’ problems.

A graduate of the iaelyon school of management, Maxence co-directs the animation and communication company Anima. For more than ten years, he has led a wide range of events for all types of organisations: schools, businesses, associations, local authorities, etc. on a wide variety of themes: digital, urban planning, health, education, the economy, etc. Open-minded and always ready to listen, Maxence approaches his assignments with a systemic vision that brings relevance and coherence to his missions. An expert in collective intelligence and interpersonal relations, he specialises in managing participative projects in both the private and public sectors.

A graduate of ESSCA and holder of an MBA from ESSEC, Stéphane COURGEON has worked for some thirty years in Sales and General Management positions in several major IT groups.
In 2019, seeing the rapid emergence of virtual reality headsets in the professional world, he decided to create MATTS DIGITAL with a view to providing a high value-added service to software and 3D content publishers, as well as to their customers, the major corporations.
In just a few years, MATTS DIGITAL has established itself as a key player in the value-added distribution of AR/VR headsets, selling brands such as PICO, META, VIVE, VARJO, LENOVO, LYNX, REALWEAR, VUZIX and EPSON.
Major groups have put their trust in MATTS DIGITAL to deploy their solutions in France and Europe, as well as internationally in some forty countries around the world.

Guillaume has 27 years of experience in the semiconductor and software industry, IoT security, radio-frequency circuit design, project, team management and business development. For the past 7 years, he has been focusing on IoT security technologies and the way to bridge the security gap between IT / Enterprise platforms and low-power connected devices. Guillaume joined Keyfactor as Director of IoT Business Strategy, part of the global IoT team.
Before transitioning to this role, he was an IoT Strategy Manager for security and connectivity with the AVNET Global IoT team in charge of Avnet-specific products, such as a family of reprogrammable SIM cards (eUICC) and leading the development of a management platform focusing on delivering secure over-the-air provisioning and upgrade services to IoT devices.
Guillaume graduated from SUPELEC in Paris (MSc in EE) in 1994 and has co-authored 13 international patents in wireless systems, IC architectures and security to date.

Sébastien Defrance has been working in IT security for over 20 years, including 14 years with Idnomic – Eviden.
Technical manager of various electronic certification products, he is now technical manager of the Zero-Touch-Onboarding solution at Eviden.

As director of cybersecurity solutions, Paul Dominjon coordinates the marketing, sales and after-sales teams to promote and share best practice in implementing Microsoft’s cybersecurity solutions. As a senior cybersecurity expert, he is responsible for developing a strategic plan to promote Microsoft’s cybersecurity solutions to professionals in the field. This ambition is based on four categories of solutions: threat protection, data security, multi-cloud security and security operations centre management. A graduate in computer science from Grenoble University and ESSEC Business School, with a specialisation in strategic marketing, Paul has over twenty-five years’ experience in software and services companies. Before joining Microsoft France in 2018, he spent 13 years at Symantec and prior to that held sales positions at Veritas Technologies and GE Capital.

Laurent has worked for more than 20 years on the assessment and prevention of risks linked to industrial activities on humans and the environment within various public and private structures. He is now the Air Quality & Environment referent at SNCF Voyageurs Equipment Engineering.

With initial training in Mechanical and Production Engineering, I worked for 10 years in my previous experiences (Nordson Corporation, KUKA Robotics) as:
– Regional manager for the integration of industrial automation on assembly lines in the automotive, aeronautics, on-board electrical and pharmaceutical sectors in France.
– Key account manager for the worldwide implementation of very heavy-duty robotic lines for the automobile, aeronautics, consumer goods industries and in charge of the development of innovative applications with AGV (Automated Guided Vehicles) and collaborative robots ( Cobots).
In the ever-changing complex industrial field, I believe that knowledge sharing is the key to the success of successful projects.

Grant Gudgel is an ad tech founder, advisor and thought leader who has spent the last decade working at the intersection of digital media, advertising and AI.

From co-founding one of the first in-app video monetization SDKs to a server-side pre-bidding engine and predictive media analytics to Dynamic Creative Optimization and applying machine learning to media buying results-based media, Grant has spent his career at the forefront of technological advancement in advertising.

Today, he focuses on helping agencies, brands and technology companies integrate automation and AI into every step of the advertising value chain. Grant is the author of a forthcoming book that will help demystify the applications of AI and machine learning for brands and advertisers.

Formerly head of strategy and senior blockchain and digital assets expert at CACEIS Bank. Previously product manager in charge of Market Solutions and Middle Office (+20 years of experience in the financial, telecommunications, and cryptography sectors).
He joined CACEIS Bank in June 2015 after working at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he provided regulatory, compliance and financial advisory services. Within PricewaterhouseCoopers, he was involved in missions with large financial institutions in order to support them in the implementation of various compliance projects such as UCITS, EMIR, MIFID II, or even on subjects linked to activity programs in connection with the AIFM Directive.

Previously, he worked in several management companies, first as a fund manager, then held several investment and development positions: Head of Investments and Product Development, Longchamp Asset Management, Head of financial engineering – Europe, Lyxor Asset Management.

Kais is in charge of the Crédit Agricole Group project to open up digital assets, bringing all his technical and regulatory expertise.
Within the Crédit Agricole Group, Kais is one of the main references on digital asset and blockchain issues, but he also supports numerous projects within the Group’s entities. Indeed, he represents the Crédit Agricole Group within the Digital Asset Group for the development of innovative projects on digital assets. He actively participates in various local working groups (Paris Europlace, France Post Marché, HCJP, etc.). He represents the Crédit Agricole Group at conferences on these subjects in Europe.

Kais is a graduate of the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Télécommunications de Paris, Kais also holds the MIT Media Lab Cryptocurrency certification (issued in August 2022), and a “Blockchain Advanced Program” diploma from Ecole Polytechnique (issued in July 2023) .

An entrepreneur in new technologies for over 25 years, Olivier began his career in the Internet and software revolution.
After 5 years in international Business Development (UK, USA and Asia), Olivier returned to France in 2003 to create OMWAVE around home automation and IoT.
OMWAVE has been part of the TERA Group since 2023.

After twenty years spent in various companies in the pay-TV sector in different technical management positions, Laurent Molac co-founded TUITO in 2018 to offer voice interaction-based solutions for environments with high security constraints such as the medical, industrial or security sectors.

A former top-level sportsman, I have a degree in Mechanical Engineering and an engineering qualification from the Ecole Centrale.
I fell into the printing business by chance, spending 15 years in the packaging sector working for SMEs and major groups in France and abroad. I then moved into consulting in industry, before returning to the printing industry 5 years ago to work in the publishing and communications sector.
I held operational field positions for the first 10 years, before moving on to site and company management positions over the last 10 years. I have led numerous projects to transform the organisation and improve financial profitability.
I am currently Business Director in charge of Dupliprint Mayenne and cross-functional projects for the Dupliprint Group.

Matthias Oehler is currently Data & AI Director at Française des Jeux. His varied background includes experience with startups, advertisers, software publishers, and digital agencies, enabling him to develop in-depth expertise in managing and leveraging data in the digital sector. He joined Française des Jeux in 2017 as Chief Data Officer, where he works to boost and add value to the group’s activities through a transformative data strategy, covering in particular data governance and innovation via AI.

After a stint at ARCEP, then at Bouygues Telecom, Rémi joined the Altice group in 2008, in order to optimize network deployments and telecoms costs.
In 2018, he founded the company Muvraline with Altice with the objective of creating Artificial Intelligence software, to respond to the problems of the different professions of the Altice group in the telecoms and media sectors.
In 2022, to maximize the distribution of Muvraline solutions, it is organizing a new funding round allowing the exit of Altice. In 2023, it acquired the telecoms software publisher CINTEL.

Edouard Pogu is Head of Business Development at iExec. Following his economic studies, Edouard joined Huawei where he worked on the commercial side for Cloud & IT services. He then joined iExec to develop the company’s sales activities, with both an operational and strategic role. Attached to the values of Web3, Edouard is very familiar with the blockchain ecosystem.

Sébastien RAYNOIRD-THAL is a graduate of the INPG engineering school and has founded several digital companies, in particular the OXIWIZ.fr agency, which supports companies and industries in the implementation of innovative solutions based on web2/ web3 and blockchain. He also works as a consultant for companies around these themes.

Founder of the Neonumeric brand in the 2000s, becoming one of the leading importers of USB flash drives and MP3 players in France, he then became involved in the creation of the approved WEEE recycling scheme in France in 2005. He joined the national eco-organisation Ecologic in 2009 as Marketing Director, a position he still holds today. He joined the Alliance Green IT (AGIT) in 2011, becoming Secretary General in 2013, Treasurer in 2017 and Vice-Chairman in 2020. He has also been involved for over 15 years in organisations committed to ecological transitions, CSR and the circular economy, notably alongside Corinne Lepage and Myriam Maestroni. He has also been involved in the MEDEF’s national “New entrepreneurial responsibilities” commission since 2008.

Hubert Roche is currently Sales Manager at dDruid, a company specialising in the development of a NoCode IoT platform. With an Executive MBA under his belt, he brings with him 10 years’ solid experience in the telecoms sector in France and New Caledonia. Before joining dDruid, Hubert was Managing Director of a 4.0 industry in Lyon. Building on his expertise, he is now dedicated to helping dDruid customers maximise the benefits of their NoCode IoT platform, accelerating the digitalisation of industries.

Julien Rouzé is an expert in Responsible Digital. He co-founded Sopht (www.sopht.com), a Greentech in which he manages the product, methodology and ecosystem parts.
Julien Rouzé holds a Master of Science in Risk Management from HEC Paris. He also holds a Master’s degree in Economics.
As a Green IT entrepreneur, Julien Rouzé has developed expertise in supporting organisations on their IT decarbonisation trajectory.

University professor, member of the IUF, David Simplot received the Kuhlmann Grand Prize from the Lille Society of Sciences, Agriculture and Arts in 2014 for all of his research work on connected objects. This former IHEST auditor was director of the Inria research centers in Lille then Sophia Antipolis from 2011 to 2019 (30+ M€/year). He was the leader of the 3IA Côte d’Azur project, one of the four French artificial intelligence institutes certified in 2019. Since 2020, he has been director of Inria Academy.

Since 2020, he has been elected to Antibes Juan-les-Pins with the digital delegation, artificial intelligence, new technologies and smart city and to the Sophia Antipolis conurbation community.

With a degree in electrical engineering and a doctorate in industrial automation, Pentcho STANTCHEV began his career in research as a research assistant at the Technical University of Dresden (Germany), working on advanced digital control algorithms for industrial applications.
Over the past 32 years at Schneider Electric, he has held a number of positions in France and abroad in the development of innovative industrial solutions, in business development and marketing, and in business unit management.
In the Strategy and Development department of Schneider Electric France, Pentcho STANTCHEV is responsible for the cybersecurity of products and solutions.

Thomas Halkier brings more than 20 years of experience in the field of wireless communication from various roles in leading companies such as Nokia & Broadcom. Currently Thomas is the CEO of NeoCortec who specialises in Wireless Mesh Network technology.

With more than a decade of experience in the field of digital learning and training, I deepened my specialization as a Data Analyst, because data is of crucial importance in the training process. At the same time, I co-founded WiDiD, an adventure born from my passion for gamification, training and virtual reality.

At the intersection of technology, education and innovation, I offer you a look at current trends and how these technologies can help shape the future of training. Laurent Verdier joined Cybermalveillance.gouv.fr in September 2020 to help lead and develop public awareness of cyber risks. Assigned to the GIP ACYMA (Groupement d’intérêt public contre les actes de cybermalveillance) by the French Ministry of the Interior, he draws on his solid expertise and experience in cybercrime, acquired since 2002 through various specialized departments and then within the ANSSI Cyberdefense Center.
